Lucas is originally from Upstate New York but grew up in the Queens Area. He started in the restaurant/diner industry at a young age coming from a hard working Greek and Italian Background. He has an educational background with a business economics degree and a minor in computer science. During his time in college, he came to realize that his passion was not economics but rather working with people and getting to know them. He wanted to gain a hands on managerial experience. His main priority in his career is getting to meet new people, grow, and help others achieve success and bring the best out of them.
